My fitness routine is less of a routine and more of a sporadic, whenever I can pep-talk myself off the couch and into the gym type of situation. In high school, I ran track and field, which meant I worked out hard during spring and slacked throughout the year, which sounds a lot like the type of workout I'll do like three weeks before a beach trip nowadays. In college, my girlfriends and I got sidetracked on the long walk to the campus gym to eat blue cheese fries at our then favorite restaurant. Now, in my adult life, I'm aimless at the gym and bored of all the machines after 20 minutes.
Then...ClassPass became available in Seattle (also in 8 major US cities). For $100/mo, ClassPass provides unlimited access to tons of workout studios. Since one class in most studios is $20+ a pop, ClassPass offers an amazing deal for a range of classes, which is great for people like me who tire of one style of working out.
Here are my three favorites of the many studios I checked out this month!
1. FlyWheel Sports - My favorite workout studio! I love the Power 45 barre and Fly 45 spin classes. The instructors are so energetic and fun.
2. Barre3 - Classic barre studio conveniently within walking distance. Great overall body workout, and the environment is encouraging.
3. CorePower Yoga - Multiple tiers of yoga classes increasing in intensity and heat. I started with Level 1 Power Yoga in a warm room.

My workout routine has been very sporadic lately. I really need to get back into working out. I always feel so much better when I have a workout routine that I regularly do.
