CR by Cynthia Rowley @ Macy's

It's around that time of the year when there are lots of graduation parties, summer dinner dates, weddings, and events that require a special dress. I love this CR by Cynthia Rowley embroidered halter dress (exclusively at Macy's). It's a "little black dress" but the details -- halter neckline, crisscross back detail, subtle peplum, and elaborate embroidery -- make it appropriate for many occasions.
