Velvet Boots in Hong Kong

It's been a month since I was in Hong Kong, and I totally miss the energy of my bustling hometown. The city is always busy, flooded with aromas and saturated with colors everywhere. Here, we were roaming around Central, a business district full of luxury and boutique shopping, traditional markets, and good eats and cafes.

These velvet boots are so fun (and comfortable too!) and they add a pop of color. I paired another velvet item with the look, which is my favorite Saint Laurent "Kate" bag that has the most incredible beading embroidered onto the luxe velvet. With these statement pieces, I kept the rest of the outfit simple, and broke up some of the black with this metallic starry silk tank top.

    I haven't been to Hong Kong yet but I am dying to go. Just the hustle and bustle of the city and the delicious foods and of course the shopping! I love these burgundy velvet boots! I can't believe they are comfy enough to walk around the city, but that makes them amazing. This YSL bag is to die for and that embroidery is spectacular and so unique.
